NEW VEGETA
With the revival of Planet Vegeta, the Northern Galaxy has been blessed with the beauty of the red planet once more. It's surrounded by a striped blanket of white clouds, and is a dry desert planet down below. It's restored with the cities that the Saiyans built out of the damages inflicted from the Saiyan-Tuffle war years and years ago, high rounded skyscrapers constructed of metal and cermet with bright blue windows and towering spires. Some buildings however have been torn down, and are being rebuilt with a more subtle design. Going back to the Saiyan roots, the cermet and metal had been melted down and merged with earthen adobe and mixed sand, giving it a faded brown color. With the help of Tuffle scraps, newer buildings were built, more geometric and resembling those buildings of Earth but with a touch of Saiyan innovation.
Paragus put Saiyans to work, rather than to fight, on taking what they knew of Tuffle industry, tapestry, and culinary arts, and to expand upon them. Paragus had a vision of a cultured civilization, after having visited many planets with Broly and finally going to Earth and having a deep admiration for their society and cultured living in rural areas. Paragus' vision had taken its hold on the Red Planet, and thus a more fluent state of being had risen from the blinding white technology that was the remnants of the Tuffle's rule.
Saiyan clothing had also taken a drastic turn. Rather than wearing the armor that branded them as a warrior class, Paragus urged clothing designs that were closely related to that of ancient people's. Clothing of ancient Italian, Chinese and Arabic design slowly emerged. Women wore mostly dresses if not form fitting brais and shoulderless tops, along with scarves, wraps, bangles and cuffs. Men wore more rugged clothing, armless gi's and tight-fitting pants and greaves. As uncomfortable as it was, the Saiyan people, under the threat of Broly, submitted to the idea and conformed.
As life became more liveable for the Saiyan people, Saiyan mothers had more time to tend to their children. Or not, allowing them to run around and play and fight as they pleased, so long as they didn't upset anyone.
STATE OF NEW VEGETA
New Vegeta is at relative peace, albeit an uneasy one. Saiyans are a tad unhappy that fighting has been abruptly pushed to the back-burner, and with Paragus as their new ruler and King Vegeta imprisoned, they are less than pleased. Word of it, however is kept within the homes of the Saiyan public. The Prince has been pronounced dead, killed by Frieza, but there is an unsettling air of joy about the news. The people are concerned, and fear that the execution of their king is imminent, but they are powerless to stop it. Most Saiyans take out their frustrations in underground fight clubs, created and kept out of Paragus' radar.
A few brainy Saiyans were kept as scientists, working with Tuffle technology to create better restraints for Broly and giving Paragus more advanced control over him.
WEATHER
Weather on New Vegeta is pretty expectant of a desert climate. It's dry, it's warm, and it's windy. Dust storms are common, and people tend to stay inside and wait it out. Showers are rare, but are usually welcomed, and the Saiyan civilization is kept water-abundant with irrigation systems created by the Tuffles from long ago.
Planet Vegeta has a moon that is full every 7 to 8 years. As of right now, it is a NEW MOON. (1% WAXING)
