This is where the dead roam. There are several areas to this domain: Heaven, Earth's Check-in Station, Snake Way, King Yemma's Office, King Kai's Planet, and HFIL (Home for Infinite Losers, aka Hell). Characters who die are sent here, where King Yemma will decide either to send them to Heaven, Hell, or to King Kai for training. Deceased characters will need to be wished back to life by the Dragonballs in order to leave this board!
