Vegeta could not stifle his oncoming laughter in the face of this joke prince. He spouted nonsense of humans, this 'ragtag team' of peasants taking him and Nappa out. This human clearly didn't pay attention to the media. "Really now, is that what they told you? If I recall correctly only one of those humans even survived, only to run off to the safety of his crib. The Namekian even met his end during the fight and I wasn't even the one fighting them."
A newcomer then came and Vegeta went silent, keeping his intense glare on his face and sizing the white-haired man up for a brief couple of seconds. He spoke of the humans down below, who were apparently watching them. He then smirked at the mention of two scary aliens causing panic just a few years before. Vegeta couldn't hide his sinister glee. He chuckled at the both of them, his arms remaining crossed over his chest.
"I'm pretty sure if they were going to panic they would have already started," he said, "Although, far be it from me to keep them in suspense." He held up a palm and formed a ball of ki, ranging about the size of a volleyball. He aimed it at an adjacent building, nonchalant in his meager effort to give rise to new terror. He looked back at Joseph, his face creased with that long-lost evil he once carried when he first arrived to the planet.
"Perhaps Nappa should have allowed the media to view the rest of the fight. It was no human that killed him, but me; his incompetence was nothing short of humiliating. He fell not at the hands of any human or even Kakarot, this... Goku you keep blabbing about. He died by my hand. And so would have Kakarot had I been more attentive." He growled at the thought. Had he not beaten around the damn bush, Kakarot would be dead. And this planet would be under his boot.

Well diplomacy was going about as well as Dorian had expected, just not as well as he'd hoped. Both men obviously didn't care much about what he had to say at all. The martial arts master frowned, more in concentration than anger. He was about to rebuke both arrogant men, when the alien raised his hand, charging a blast.
Without thinking, Dorian leapt in the path that the blast would take and took a defensive posture. "A panic is the last thing I want!" he shouted in earnest, "I'm asking you nicely, please just take this somewhere else!"
Dorian screwed his eyes shut in concentration for a moment, then took a sudden deep breath. blue rings of aura materialized around his wrists and ankles, flickered, then shattered. The dedicated martial artist hoped that wouldn't be interpreted as an aggressive move, releasing his Juu Rei Joo Shu no Gyoo; he just wanted to be ready in case the situation escalated.
"I'll say it once more: Please just take your discussion somewhere else. If you two start fighting, I want it to be where no one can get hurt."

He blew the hair out of his eyes boredly as Vegeta revealed that the peasents were worthless. "You say they failed to repell you yet you still remained repelled and Earth is still spinning, surely something happened there for if you claim to have had the battle in such control wouldn't you have destroyed this planet already?" He smirked coldly. "Either you are a liar or you are very bad at your job. I'm inclined to believe both as it were."
He looked over as Vegeta spoke to Dorian. "Hm? He's still here?" He looked to Dorian almost as if he'd forgotten about him before looking back to Vegeta as he prepared his attack. Joseph listened to him babble on before smirking. "So you killed your comrade, all that prooves is that you are a snake, Goku managed to beat you out of your foolishness, if that's true then that will be an easily exploited weakness!" He smirked before he calmly pressed the button on the device on his eye causing the lens covering it to retract. "Tell me monkey, do yo believe in magic or even fate?" He asked keeping his head down. "You seem awfully inclined to show me your power but how about I show you mine first?" He asked before attempting to make eye contact with the Saiyan his uncovered 'Eye of Infinity' glowing slightly as he did.
If he managed to do so he would utter the words "Desino" causing Vegeta to freeze in place almost as if he were frozen in time giving Joseph the oppertunity to redirect his ki blast skyward.
If not the power would backfire causing the eye to pulse lightly as a crimson streek would roll from it causing him to curse to himself.

Vegeta's smirk was quick to fade when the white-haired newcomer jumped out in front of his extended hand, the bright orange sphere of ki's glower wavering slightly. His sharpened instincts told him that this beast wasn't much of a threat, but he at least knew now not to trust energy readings of earthlings at face value, at least not anymore. The charcoal orbs of his eyes twitched downward as rings of ki hovered about the man's wrists and ankles. A sneer twitched at his upper lip before his eyes met those of the intruder once more, before coiling into a one-sided smirk. His furrowed brows scrunched further in a deepening grimace and he showed his teeth, "Tch, is that supposed to intimidate me? Do forgive me if I don't find your little freak show to be worthy of my full attention."
With that, Vegeta braced himself, muscles tensing and energy flowing freely, ready to swat the snow-headed pest off the face of the building. However, he was stopped, interrupted by the other Prince, his aggravating voice causing the pit of his stomach to curdle with annoyance. He glared at the other, staring at him as he made his misguided insults and uneducated assumptions. The corners of Vegeta's mouth twitched again, evil filling his eyes and voice as he spoke next, with a tinged growl to sharpen his tongue.
"Do you have trouble hearing, human? Or is your primitive mind too backdated to understand what I'm saying?" He lowered his arm, staying his attack, at least for this very moment. He snarled at the other Prince, "Your demonstration of power means nothing to me. I hardly bestow upon myself the insult of contending with false royalties." As Joseph tinkered with his eyepiece, Vegeta looked back to the white-haired man, a creased scowl on his face. "And unless you want to end up with a hole through your chest and this city, I suggest you get out of here."

Dorian was all business now. He was certain that neither of these arrogant personalities would back down. The alien had at least paused his attack, but the other one was doing something now. This had to end, now.
He stood between both men, and sunk into a stance. "Listen, I've been polite, up till now! If you wanna fight, then fine, we'll fight. But not here, this city's seen enough violence."
He powered up, now that his spirit shackles were deactivated, they'd have to be aware of the pressure, "so will you follow me somewhere else? Or do I need to drag you there myself?"

Joseph grit his teeth as he felt a pulse suddenly ripple throughout his body. "W-What?" He gasped under his breath, he ignored him! He felt for sure Vegeta would have looked him in the eyes if he had the Gall to act in such an arrogant and rude manner but that fool beside him distracted the Saiyan. "Idiot!" Joseph snarled as he felt a pulse again but this time it attacked his eye. He closed the 'Eye of Infinity' as a trickle of blood ran down his cheek. He wiped it away quickly as the device on his eye quickly recovered his eye.
He ignored what Vegeta said about false royalties, besides he wouldn't give Vegeta a pleasing reaction even if he decided to say something he merely looked to the white haired idiot that decided to piss on his parade by coming up here and acting like a jackass.
Joseph looked to Vegeta as he warned the man to get out of his sight or fight, seeing as the defender insisted on fighting it was clear he wasn't looking for a peaceful solution, he was looking for a fight himself. His words however shattered Joseph's stoic expression as he looked to him incredulously brows raised. "Your Hypocrisy disgusts me! You claim to be searching for a peaceful end to this discussion to which you so rudely stepped in possibly causing more of a panic for the failed attempt of preserving the peoples feeble grasp on the reality they wish to paint so they can't see the truth. Yet here you are egging on the prince that caused so much havoc in the city to violence. If you hadn't noticed! Since you came up here Vegeta has threatened to destroy you and the city twice. He just gave you a warning and you still wish to fight him! Is it for protecting the peace? Not in the slightest! The peaceful thing would be to just walk away! You're only trying to fight him to fulfill some sort of hero fantasy you must be so desperately clinging too."
The Prince spits at Dorian's feet as if he were an insect. "I would WELCOME seeing the prince turn your bones to dust! Yet you seem to be trying to drag me into your hero fantasy... If you do not admit to your foolishness I shall indulge you and let you feel the end of my blade!" He snarled his stoic gaze changing to show pure disgust.

Vegeta could only stare at the two before him incredulously. This was probably the best that this planet could offer him as far as social activity went. While Vegeta wasn't too keen on being social at any time anyway, this sort of thing was still somewhat aggravating. He gave the white-haired man a deadpanned look before glancing over at the other prince.
It was evident that a good mashing was needed and desired by both parties, but Vegeta, being the selfish and petty man that he was, was not willing to oblige. Instead he gave a slow clap of his hands, turning his half-lidded attention to the brown-haired man, his weight proceeding to be put in one leg as the other sort of trailed off against the dusty surface of the building.
"How inspiring," he said, not wanting to expend too much energy on the rabble before him. He had much more pressing matters to attend to, and entertaining two human imbeciles was not one of them. The idea of killing both of them where they stand had even lost its luster as well as the idea of it being remotely entertaining.
Any deaths at all in the city by a compact flying man with tail dark brown hair was nothing less than an invitation to Kakarot and his little hero buddies to come and give him a stern talking to, fitted with a shaking index finger, extreme frown and furrowed eyebrows. It was embarrassing to even think about. With Kakarot still being as strong as he is, as much as Vegeta hated to admit it, it would be a mistake to land himself in hot water with him.
The golden hair still haunted him to that day, and while he desired that power for himself, he trembled at the idea of it being bestowed upon him. A power that was stronger than Frieza was something to behold, and to have it on you like ugly on an ape was something that Vegeta preferred to avoid at all costs.
"This whole... thing has been exhausted of its entertainment. As much as I hate to leave a couple of fools in a city full of unawares, I must take my leave of you. There are much more intimidating fish in the pond," he said, his aura surrounding him in a purple blast.
Leaving thick cracks in the surface of the building's roof, Vegeta tensed up as his strength rose, and he jumped off into the sky and flew on towards the south.

Dorian ignored everything the other human warrior through at him. Insults and petty degredation wouldn't provoke him that easily. The alien still held most of his attention. The young martial arts master could help but be on edge around him. So when the saiyan simply clapped lazily, proclaimed his boredom with them and left, everything seemed simple.
The white-haired man watched the purple trail of ki fade into the sky and he turned to look at the last aggressor. Since he wasn't trying to pick a fight with another stranger on the roof, it wouldn't do Dorian any good to stick around. He was late getting home as it is.
"Well...guess that's over. You got up here yourself, so I'll assume you don't need any help getting down."
Dorian smiled, "Try not to cause any more trouble around the city alright?"
With that, he hopped off the roof and began bicycling his legs quickly. The moment his foot touched the side of the building, he was running at top speed down the tower. Once he was close enough to the ground, Dorian leapt forward, grabbed a light post with and outstretched hand, swung around it several times, then leapt down on top of a dumpster. He climbed down to the street and began walking home again, amidst the cheers from nearby onlookers.
Things were always better with a peaceful solution.

Joseph snarled under his breath at the Saiyan prince before him as he mocked him, calling him inspiring. He merely gave him a smile filled with nothing but arrogance and contempt for the monkey before him as he bowed gracefully. "Thank you your grace it truly is an honor to have you give me such kind words! Truly!" He looked up vivid blue eye locking on the Saiyan. He hated this man, every fiber in his body screamed out in hatred towards this man. He hated this man... He looked his eye showing nothing but Darkness as the Saiyan flew off. Worthless idiot... He would FORCE him to respect the Cronosi name, of that he was certain. The Saiyan would fall to his blade, right behind Goku. "Imbecile..." He exhaled shaking his head.
He looked over to see the other idiot before him. He looked his eye still holding that gaze of dark intent as he casually spoke of going home. "I wouldn't ask for your help, if anything your foolishness would get me killed in such an act..." He said flicking his wrist as if Dorian was an annoying speck of dust before him. He blinked as he accused him of causing trouble. "Judge me however you want hero, your slander means nothing to me... I shall not waste my efforts dealing with such a simpleton..." He said coldly before turning his back to him in a display of pure arrogance. He didn't want to look at him, he was infuriated by this man. He simply looked back down to the ants below.
He scowled one last time before heading to the buildings stairwell stepping into the dark as he moved to escape to the street below...
